The Western Card is WWU's official identification and transaction card for students, faculty, and staff. Keep your card for the duration of the time you are enrolled or employed at Western.

A valid government issued photo ID is mandatory for acquiring a Western Card (e.g. driver's license, passport, or military ID). No one else can pick up your card for you.

The Western Card Office will be relocating to the Fairhaven Commons game room starting Wednesday, August 6 until Thursday, August 21 and will be open the following hours:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Tuesday and Thursday
Saturday		 7:30a - 5:00p
7:30a - 4:00p
7:30a - 2:30p

Location:

Edens Hall Administrative Offices, Suite 108; just around the corner from the Housing Cashier window. (Edens Hall is located just north of Old Main at the north end of campus.)

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm while school is in session, including summer session.
  • The Office is closed for all University holidays.
  • During Finals Week the hours are:
    • Monday through Wednesday 9:00am – 4:00p
    • Thursday through Friday 10:00am – 3:00p
  • Please call for an appointment during non-session hours.
