Coming for Fall 2008
The New York Apartments are leased by WWU for exclusive use by students through the University residential system. They are available for year-round occupancy by students with sophomore status or higher. Located two blocks south of the Campus Services Building, the apartments are linked to campus by bus lines, sidewalks and well-marked footpaths.

Features

Each unit has three single bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, living room, balcony, fire sprinklers, onsite parking and bicycle storage.

Furnishings Included

All units are fully furnished; partially furnished units are not available. Living room has sofa, coffee table and lamp. Kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Dining area has table and chairs. Each bedroom includes single bed, desk, chest of drawers and closet.

Utilities Included

Residential rates are available online. All utilities are included, such as electricity, basic cable TV, high speed Internet, local telephone, and water, sewer, garbage and recycling.

No Meal Plan Required

Meal plans are optional for residents of University apartments. More about meal plans for commuters and off-campus residents is available at University Dining Services.
