X ![]() View room information for Fairhaven Complex
Located at the foot of the Sehome arboretum, Fairhaven offers students both scenic living conditions and the convenience of being close to campus. Fairhaven is comprised of twelve residential stacks housing residents in single and double rooms, with a variety of housing options, from two bedroom apartments complete with a private balcony, to large suites with a common living room and bathroom. Each building (stack) houses 52 residents, has its own lounge and faces a courtyard area, where students can relax, study by a pond, play Frisbee or enjoy a sunny day with friends. Fairhaven has a community for everyone -- including 3 alcohol-free stacks, for students who make a commitment to refrain from using or supporting the use of alcohol while in residence, and a First Year Interest Group cluster. Nearby is the community building which houses a convenience store (serving snack foods, fresh sandwiches, espresso), Fairhaven Dining Commons, a game room with pool and foosball tables and a 24-hour computer lab. Typical Student RoomsSingle and Double rooms Lounges
A game room, the Haven Market & Lounge, information desk & mail area, computer lab and a large main lounge are all located on the first level of Fairhaven Commons Building for resident use. Most stacks have at least one main lounge, often with a television area or sitting area. Fairhaven Complex Community ActivitiesFairhaven has a active Hall Council that puts on many activities for residents in the hall throughout the year. The most notable event is EndFair, a huge musical festival and concert put on at the end of each year. But on any given night, residents are likely to find things going on - from study groups to dances, movies to Frisbee games. Building Floor PlansNote: Fairhaven buildings all follow a similar plan. If there is not an individual plan for the building it means that the plan is the same as building 2. Room numbering: Each room number has either 3 or 4 digits. The right hand number in the series is the number of the room, the second number from the right is the floor, and the third and fourth numbers from the right indicate the building number.
Example: 126 is the sixth room on the second floor of Stack 1.
