How do I get this Hall Council expenditure form approved?

Blank forms are available in the Residence Life suite of the Office of University Residences. The form should be filled out completely, providing details as requested. Then, the required signatures must be gathered in the order listed on the form. The required signatures will vary depending upon the amount of the proposed expenditure. Expenditure forms must have all required signatures in place prior to the expenditure of funds.

Where can I get a "copy dup" form?

These are available from the receptionist in the Residence Life suite (EA 113) of the Office of University Residences.
