Online Conduct Appeal

If you have been found in violation of a residence hall policy/community guideline, you may use this form to file an appeal. Your appeal must be sent before the deadline noted in the last paragraph of your conduct decision. Please fill out every field below completely. The Appeal Officer will review the appeal you submit, the incident report and the related conduct letters in making a decision.
