Mailing Address Standards

Residence Halls:

Mail for all residence halls should be addressed as follows:

Resident Name
Room# Hall Name (i.e. 100 Nash Hall, 100 Ridgeway Alpha)

Notes:

  • Using the full hall name of Fairhaven Hall will help alleviate any confusion between Fairhaven College and streets in the Fairhaven district of town.
  • Buchanan Towers can also be addressed as:
    Resident Name
    2400 Bill McDonald Pkwy. Room# (e.g., 2400 Bill McDonald Pkwy. #100)
    Bellingham, WA 98225

Birnam Wood:

Mail for Birnam Wood apartments should be addressed as follows:

New York Apartments

Mail for the New York Apartments should be addressed as follows:

For those in New York North:

For those in New York South:

Packages:

Packages should be addressed using the above addresses. Packages are kept in the mailroom/front desk area of the hall or apartment (accept Adrik Place), and students will be notified through a package slip in their mailbox that a package is waiting for them at the information desk.
