As with most things, planning is key to success. To get started, first ask yourself these questions.

  • When is the event and where will it be held?
  • Approximately how many guests are expected? (Final count due 3 business days before event).
  • What type of event do you need, i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception, etc?
  • Will it be formal or informal?
  • Will seating be provided for your guests?
  • Are you planning a buffet or a sit-down affair?
  • What is your budget?

Please note: Catering will have your order in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you would like an earlier set up time, please let us know. Clean up is provided 15 minutes after the stated end time.
